Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

At My Nova Nook, all products are made to order. Because of this, we follow a limited return and refund policy.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.

  • After this period, the order is sent for processing and cannot be cancelled.

Returns & Refunds Eligibility

We accept returns or provide refunds only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged

  • The product is defective

  • The wrong product was delivered

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

How to Request a Return/Refund

To initiate a request, email us at novanook32@gmail.com with:

  • Order ID

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photos or videos of the product

We will review your request within 2–3 business days.

Resolution Options

If your request is approved, we will:

  • Offer a replacement, or

  • Issue a refund to your original payment method

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

Return Shipping

  • In case of damaged/incorrect products, we will arrange return pickup or reimburse return shipping costs.

  • Do not return any product without contacting us first.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Cases

  • Incorrect size ordered by the customer

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Minor color/design variation due to screen differences

  • Delivery delays caused by courier partners

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after the stated timeline:

  • Check with your bank/payment provider
