At My Nova Nook, all products are made to order. Because of this, we follow a limited return and refund policy.
Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.

After this period, the order is sent for processing and cannot be cancelled.
Returns & Refunds Eligibility
We accept returns or provide refunds only under the following conditions:

The product received is damaged

The product is defective

The wrong product was delivered
You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
How to Request a Return/Refund

We will review your request within 2–3 business days.
Resolution Options
If your request is approved, we will:

Issue a refund to your original payment method
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
Return Shipping

In case of damaged/incorrect products, we will arrange return pickup or reimburse return shipping costs.
