At My Nova Nook, all products are made-to-order and fulfilled through our print-on-demand partner, Qikink.

Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2–4 business days

  • Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation

  • Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays

Shipping Time

  • Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on your location

  • Total estimated delivery time: 5–11 business days

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • All orders must be prepaid using the available online payment methods

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS

  • Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to reflect after dispatch

Delivery Delays

While we aim to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to:

  • High order volumes

  • Courier partner delays

  • Weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances

Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details

  • Orders with incorrect or incomplete addresses may face delivery delays or failure

  • We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses

Failed Delivery Attempts

  • If a delivery attempt fails, the courier may retry delivery

  • If the order is returned to us due to failed delivery, re-shipping charges may apply

Lost, Stolen, or Undelivered Packages

  • If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 48 hours

  • We will coordinate with the courier partner to investigate the issue

  • Resolution will be provided based on the courier’s confirmation

  • We ship across most locations in India

  • Delivery availability may vary depending on courier serviceability
